GHORBA Annual General Meeting, Monday, Aug 10, 7 PM at Jax Grill

All members and friends of GHORBA are welcome, however you have to be a member to vote for the board of directors.

We will have a ride at Memorial Park before this meeting (provided it’s rideable). The ride details are on the GHORBA calendar.

Please come and hear about the new beginner mountain bike race workshops we will conduct before each fall series TMBRA race.

The annual general meeting also gives opportunity for members to vote on the board of directors, or propose their own candidate(s) for each of the positions.

The election slate is:

  • President – Kevin Highfield (currently Interim President)
  • Vice President – Rafael Fontela (currently Interim VP)
  • Treasurer – Carla Rowland (currently interim Treasurer)
  • Secretary – Veljko Roskar (current Secretary)
  • Trails Coordinator – Chris Brown (currently interim Trail Coordinator)
  • At-Large – Russell Adams, Bill Begnaud, Steve Booker, Philip Teitel
  • Membership Director – Amanda Jonker-Cieri (currently interim Membership Director)
