GHORBA's new website!

We’ve been working on this for a while, and wanted to roll it out to benefit our race preparations and new trails info. We’ll be updating content over the next several weeks (including the much-anticipated Trails Conditions page).

We’d like to thank Terry Evans, one most excellent fellow mountain biker in the far north, for the site design and coding work. His firm, VIBE9 DESIGN, has been a pleasure to work with and we do not hesitate to recommend their services.

We’d also like to thank John Arcidiacono for inputting his sense of design and marketing acumen to the look and feel of the site.

Finally, we are indebted to our Texas compatriots to the north, the Dallas Off-Road Biking Association (DORBA), who provided us with the code for the Trails Conditions pages.

You’re welcome to comment on our new site! Just enter your comments below.

In case you’re wondering, the old site is archived here.

  3. Awesome job, Veljko!!!
I really like the Trail Conditions page. One of the features I found most useful on the old site were the trail maps – Huntsville, Memorial, Double Lake, etc. I can’t find them here – yes I saw you’ve archived the old site—But I hope you’re planning on adding them

  4. Thank you much. We’ll absolutely add trail maps as well as all the trails to the page. We even have some new GPS tracked ones from volunteers.

Stay tuned, our priorities for the next three weeks are prepping for the Big Ring Challenge!

  6. The old pics are still on the archived oldsite. Once we’re done with the race and I complete the trails pages, I will migrate the good shots to flickr. If you have some cool Houston area MTB shots you want to appear below, please contact me directly.
