Registration & Stuff

  • Register early as we are limiting the field
  • Current GHORBA membership required. Please join or renew your membership first (you may also use the Membership menu at the top). If your membership has lapsed for >1 year, please use the join link instead. Please join at least 48 hours prior to the race to ease processing.
  • 13 to 18 yr. old and 9 to 12 yr. old youth classes
  • Prizes for podium finishers in each category: Men, Women and Youth
  • GREAT PRIZES FOR SERIES CHAMPIONS (MUST ENTER 4 OF 6 RACES)
  • Races start around 8:30-9 AM, depending how many sign up.
  •  $17.00 GHORBA 2010 Short Track Series Registration - Jack Brooks Park May 8.

  •  $17.00 GHORBA 2010 Short Track Series Registration - Stephen F. Austin State Park May 22.

  3. Hi folks,

    Just a heads-up. The week looks like we are going to have some rain hopefully we will be able to run the race this Saturday. I will be making the call Friday as to whether or not to have it. If we don’t, I have set aside March 6th for a make-up date. So, please do make your entries as it will help a lot to have you folks pre-entry head of Saturday.

    Race time will be at around 8:30am. Make sure that you have your GHORBA membership up to date and to print the race release at The GHORBA site (bring it with you the date of the race).

    Lets keep are fingers cross and maybe the rain will not effect our race.

  4. @$@#$@&#*!! El Nino. Instead of snowing where it should (the Rockies), it dumps in the Mid Atlantic and soaks us here. There’s no way we want to tear up all the good work done at Cypresswood with a race. See you March 6 (we hope!).

  12. Where can I find more information about the race format? I have been mtnbiking (memorial, anthills, etc) for the last 2 years and want to get into some competitions this summer just for fun. Do not care if I win (but it would be great.) Can you email me about where I can find information about the race formats, or maybe someone could meet one weekend and we could run some tracks. derekanoah at gmail dot com.

  19. In the Flintridge and Cypresswood results my last name is misspelled. Can you guys fix it? It shows Jason Stephens and it should be Jason Stevens. I would truly appreciate it.
